[摘要]呼吸道感染是一种较常见的呼吸道疾病，在全球发病率和死亡率较高，已成为全球关注的重要问题。抗生素用于治疗呼吸道感染的效果显著，但大量及不合理地使用抗生素易造成菌群失调，导致人体免疫力低下，尤其是在儿童和老年人中易出现反复感染。本文就益生菌对呼吸道菌群的调节作用进行综述。
